PROCESSING TIME

Every order is processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship from our international fulfillment center, and free tracked shipping is included on every order — no minimum required.

Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the date your order ships.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and most international destinations. If you don't see your country listed, reach out and we'll confirm availability.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Within 1–3 business days of placing your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your AuraLift every step of the way to your door.

SHIPPING DELAYS

If your order takes longer than 15 business days to arrive, please reach out to support@shopauralift.com. We'll help investigate the delay and work with you on the best next step.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are set by your local government and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. They remain the buyer's responsibility.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local postal service first, then reach out to us at support@shopauralift.com. We'll do our best to help you investigate and resolve the issue.
