We're confident you'll love your AuraLift V-Line Contour Sculptor — but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. No questions asked.

KEEP THE DEVICE

We do not require you to return your AuraLift to receive your refund. Once your refund is approved, the device is yours to keep — give it to a friend, donate it, or hold onto it. We trust you.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email support@shopauralift.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a brief note. We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

WHAT QUALIFIES

Any reason — buyer's remorse, didn't see the results you hoped for, changed your mind, doesn't suit your skin type, found a better option. We don't ask why. We just refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your AuraLift arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period (1 year from purchase), contact us immediately at support@shopauralift.com — we'll replace it free of charge, no return required.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
